6 Amazon Products I Love

I LOVE Amazon!  It’s my favorite place to shop!  I get to sit in the comfort of my home, without getting out in this Florida heat, with two kids, and order whatever my heart desires.  I’m a “reviews” reader so I enjoy being about to read other customers experiences with a product plus my husband signed us up for Amazon Prime a few years ago.  Amazon Prime=two day free shipping YEEEESSSSS!!!!

I would like to share 6 products that I have bought from Amazon and love.  You may find that you love them also if you try them out.

1.) Melissa and Doug Scissor Skills Activity Book with Pair of Child-Safe Scissors
I recently bought this activity book for Bryce to have in one of his quiet time boxes.  He’ll be starting VPK the 16th of this month so I took away his naps on July 16 to give him a month to adjust since VPK will be from 12-3pm (his nap time) every day.  During the week Brynn still has her nap time and Bryce has quiet time.  During quiet time he does independent learning activities.  I found that this book is really good for helping him with his cutting skills.  Each page is a puzzle or picture pieces that he cuts out and then puts back together.  He enjoys it!

2.) Buggyguard Anti-Theft Retractable Stroller Lock
I bought this because we were planning to go to Sea World. I was talking to a friend and she was telling me about “stroller parking”.  Stroller parking is when you leave your stroller on the curb, unattended, near the ride you are getting on.  I’m not a frequent amusement park goer so I wasn’t thinking about stroller parking.  We have gone to Legoland once with the kids and their grandparents and great aunt were with us so if we wanted to get on a ride one of them stayed with the stroller.  Anyway, my friend purchased a similar one and told me how it gave her peace of mind leaving her stroller.  Strollers aren’t cheap! If someone were to steal my double stroller I would be LIVID!! So we recently went to Sea World and I had my stroller lock ready!  I felt fine leaving my stroller because I had it locked.  Kinda like how you leave your car and lock the door.  I feel like this purchase was SO worth it just so I could have peace of mind.

3.) Meet the Sight Words Easy Reader Books-Level 1 and Level 2
I’m a big fan of Preschool Prep Company!  I have the complete DVD set for my kids and also Math Facts.  Preschool Prep has helped a lot with my kids learning.  Last year I bought Meet the Sight Words Easy Reader Books Level 1 for Bryce and his reading excelled.  We’ve completed Level 1 and are currently on Level 2 moving to Level 3.  Bryce is also reading other books on the PreK thru the first-grade level.  The books that I read to him when he was younger, he is no longer reading by memory, he is reading the words.  Makes me a proud mommy!  Brynn is starting to read Meet the Sight Words Easy Reader Books Level 1.  She is 2 years old.  I’m hoping that she excels as her brother did.  Each child is different, I know. 

4.) Pottycover Disposable Toliet Seat Covers
I feel like these are a MUST for public restrooms with little ones.  After potty training Bryce, 2 years ago, I discovered these and I purchase them on the regular.  They cover the ENTIRE commode (I say “commode” instead of “toilet”. My husband picks at me about that. lol). You don’t have to worry about your little one putting their hands on those nasty, germy commodes nor do their clothes touch the front of the commode.  One morning we decided to go out for breakfast, I was still nursing Brynn and Bryce had to go to the potty.  I gave my husband a pottycover to use for Bryce.  This was his first time using the pottycover with Bryce. When they got back to the table, my husband kept going on and on about how great the pottycover was. Recently I purchased these and love them as well.

5.) Educational Insights Geosafari Jr. Kidnoculars
We are an outdoors family.  We love going on nature walks and going to the beach.  When I discovered these, I knew my kids would love them.  They are kid-size and they work pretty well.  I tested them out.  😉 Whenever we tell the kids we are going for a nature walk they always make sure we have their binoculars.

6.) Dreambaby Stroller Fan
Being that we live in Florida and it is hot/warm year-round, (I’m not complaining. I’m just saying) and I enjoy going on walks/jogs.  I wanted to find a way to keep my little ones a little cooler when we were out and about.  These help with that.  I also use them when we go to our local zoo and I recently used them at Sea World.  I always get looks and comments of people saying, “That’s a good idea to have those!”

That’s just a few of my favorite Amazon purchases.  I could go on and on.  I won’t do that though because then my husband would realize how much I order from there.
